Actor is the second album by musician St. Vincent, released on 5 May 2009 on 4AD. The first single released was "Actor Out of Work".[1] St. Vincent wrote the album using computer music application GarageBand.[2] In interviews, St. Vincent revealed that the inspiration for the songs came from watching her favourite films, including Woody Allen and Disney animated features. The album debuted at #90 in the US on the Billboard 200.

Desde Suecia llega Fever Ray, el proyecto solista de Karin Dreijer Andersson, vocalista del grupo The Knife. El trabajo ha sido producido por la compañia disquera Rabbid Records (en la cual ella y su hermano Olof Dreijer de the Knife son los managers).

Fever Ray muestra sonidos electros e incluso más oscuros que en su anterior trabajo. El album homónimo fue lanzado al mercado en Marzo 2009.
